Thank You, Thank You. After Spiky, Slimy, Smooth was such a hit with both the grandsons and their nursery school teacher mum, I was wondering if there were going to be more of these.

Congratulations Jane! I cannot wait to get my hands on this book.... for my youngest daughter, of course ;-)

It looks beautiful, vibrant and full of colour. You must be delighted!

That looks so lovely. I may be shopping for one this weekend. Congratuations!

Hurrah! How delightful! Many children will get a lot of pleasure out of it.

This looks great .. I've so enjoyed your other books, esp the Gentle Art of Domesticity. Can't wait to get a copy!

Congratulations! It looks great - or at least the front cover does!!!

Wonderful, I'll be ordering it at the weekend...can't wait to explore all the colours with my five year old!

Is it OK if I want a copy for me? :)
I love the cover!! Congratulations Jane!

congratulations the cover looks great

Congratulations! Wonderful, irresistible cover.

Well done, it looks great. Will the launch party be as colourful?

Congratulations Jane.

But perfectly timed for daughter no 2's birthday! Well done! Even if you do feel its been a long time coming!

Congrats, Jane! Put your feet up!

So wonderful! I think this might be just the ticket for my nephew, once it's available in the US? Congrats!!!

Herzlichen Gl├╝ckwunsch!! congratulations! I just discovered (and shared) your first book, I love it so. Thank you for writing!

I'm sorry to be the pedant at the party but COLOR!

Congrats! It looks great. :)

The book is published by Millbrook Press, a division of Lerner Books in Minneapolis (hence 'color' in the title), primarily for schools and libraries, but is available retail from places such as Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk.

As a cupcake maker with 2 daughters named Ruby and Violet (not forgetting another called Tilly) this has definitely caught my eye! Well done Jane. Your cake reviews are wonderful to read x

Hooray! Is it going to be published in the US?

Just read through the other comments....I'm on my way to Amazon. :)

I'm so glad you posted about this - I had no idea you'd written another in the series. I have the first one for my grandchildren. Now Iordered a copy of this one, and pre-ordered the third one so I won't miss it when it comes out next year. Thanks!

I told my library's Children's Librarian about this book Thursday evening and she's ordered it already. I had asked her to order the textures book when it came out and she loves it, so was eager to order the color book also.
